In the process of deceleration, the system should also remain stable without major fluctuations, and at the time of shutdown, certain tensions are maintained between the levels.

 

Thirdly, during the normal production process of the in-line wire drawing machine equipment, after the device is turned on, if the tension bar at the next level is at the lower limit position, the latter stage will not temporarily act, and then follow the action when the wire pulls the tension bar to start swinging. Keep the tension balance and gradually enter balance. After the jog, the linkage moves. When jogging, the front stage of the jog does not move, and the rear stage moves according to the tension rod condition.
