The maintenance points of the vertical winder mainly include the following aspects:
Mechanical parts maintenance
Reel inspection: Regularly check the surface condition of the reel to see if there is any wear, scratches or deformation. Because the reel is the part that comes into direct contact with the material for winding, damage may affect the quality of the material winding, such as causing the material to be wound unevenly. Minor wear can be repaired, such as polishing the surface; if there is serious deformation, the reel needs to be replaced in time. At the same time, pay attention to the lubrication of the bearings at both ends of the reel, add grease regularly to ensure the good operation of the bearings. Generally, lubrication is required every certain period of operation (such as 500-1000 hours).
Guide roller maintenance: Cleaning of guide rollers is very important. As the material passes over the guide rollers, dust, debris and other impurities are likely to remain, which will affect the transmission and winding neatness of the material. Therefore, the surface of the guide rollers should be cleaned regularly, and you can wipe it with a clean soft cloth. In addition, check whether the guide rollers rotate flexibly. If there is a jam, it may be due to bearing damage or journal wear, and the relevant parts need to be repaired or replaced in time. In addition, the parallelism and position accuracy of the guide rollers should be checked regularly. If there is any deviation, it should be adjusted in time.
Body and frame inspection: Check whether the body and frame structure of the winder are stable and whether there are loose bolts or welding points. Because during the winding process, the machine will be subjected to certain vibrations and stresses, and long-term operation may cause the connection parts to loosen. If looseness is found, tighten the bolts in time, and for cracked welding points, re-weld to ensure the overall stability of the machine.
Electrical system maintenance
Motor maintenance: The motor is the power core of the winder. Clean the dust on the surface of the motor regularly to prevent dust from entering the motor and affecting heat dissipation and normal operation. Check whether the motor wiring is firm and whether there is any damage or aging. At the same time, pay attention to the operating parameters of the motor, such as current, temperature, etc. If the motor temperature is too high (generally exceeding the rated temperature), it may be due to excessive load or poor heat dissipation. The cause needs to be found and solved in time.
Control system inspection: Check the various electrical components in the control system, such as contactors, relays, PLC (programmable logic controller), etc. Make sure these components are firmly connected and function properly. Regularly update the control system software and parameter settings to adapt to different winding tasks and material characteristics. At the same time, pay attention to the grounding of the control system. Good grounding can prevent electrical faults and static electricity from harming equipment and operators.
Tension and web guiding system maintenance
Tension sensor maintenance: The accuracy of the tension sensor directly affects the tension control effect. Regularly calibrate the tension sensor to ensure the accuracy of its measurement data. Check whether the sensor connection line is normal and whether there is any signal interference. At the same time, keep the sensor clean to avoid oil, dust and other pollutants that affect its performance.
Web-correction system maintenance: For sensors and actuators in the web-correction system, such as photoelectric sensors, hydraulic or electric push rods, etc., regular inspections should be carried out to ensure that the sensor can accurately detect the edge position of the material and the actuator can quickly and accurately adjust the position of the guide roller. Clean the sensor's detection head and check whether the moving parts of the actuator are flexible. If there are any problems, repair or replace them in time.
