Cutting mechanism—The cutting mechanism is completed by an eccentric mechanism and a tool holder at one end of the straight wire path. The power is rotated by the cutting motor through the V-belt drive, and the punch reciprocates up and down under the action of the eccentric mechanism. During operation, when the wire in the straight wire channel reaches a fixed length, the wire quickly pushes the straight wire groove under the friction of the pressure roller group, and the boss at the back of the punch block at the top of the cutter head Move to the working stroke of the punch, at this time, the punching block is impacted by the punching block, thereby cutting the metal wire with a fixed length. At the same time, when the punch block descends, the slotted twisted iron is pressed underneath, and the sealing rod is rotated around the guide rod, and the wire cut in the wire slot is disengaged, and automatically falls into the wire bucket under the action of gravity. When the head is up, the cutter head also goes up. Under the action of the torsion spring, the sealing rod re-closes the trunking.
