Drawing machine principle assists drawing work and its control system

When processing large diameter discs, it is often necessary to choose a larger type of inverted wire drawing machine, such as processing a circle with a diameter of Φ24mm. A 1200 type inverted wire drawing machine is required. Only when the diameter of the reel is large enough, the disk circle can be bent into plate.

Processing such a round, you will encounter some problems, such as laying the line. If the vertical pay-off frame is used, the overall hardness will increase due to the larger diameter of the disc circle. Therefore, with the rotation of the pay-off rack itself, it is not easy to have a sequential pay-off when encountering the intertwining. Sometimes it even has to stop for finishing. This can cause unnecessary trouble and affect the output of the inverted wire drawing machine.

Produced a fully automatic pay-off machine that can be perfectly combined with an inverted wire drawing machine. The equipment itself is powered by two motors. The spindle on the equipment rotates to drive the steel disc to rotate. The steel rod then enters the inverted wire drawing machine through the hydraulic descaling machine. The automatic wire take-up machine also has the functions of pay-off, phosphorus removal and pre-alignment. The multi-purpose machine makes the whole line of phosphorus removal wire drawing smoother, more modern and saves labor.

The drawing and winding control of the drawing machine principle is terminated by PLC or IPC of the industrial computer. The inverter accepts the instruction of PLC or IPC to complete the stepless speed regulation of the drawing stage and the constant tension control of the winding. The system solution will directly lead to problems such as high cost, messy system, difficult maintenance, high repair cost, and poor system control response.

Therefore, from the mechanical point of view, the wire drawing machine principle can be decomposed into the wire drawing part and the wire take-up part. From the electrical control, it can be decomposed into the constant tension synchronous control of the drawing stepless speed regulation control and winding, and the position change of the tension pendulum is controlled by feedback. The system, through active calculation, changes the working speed of the coiling motor, so that the two steps of winding and drawing show constant tension and speed synchronization.
